Kanye West Named in $2 Million Gap Complaint After Company Was Sued by Building Owner Over ‘Unapproved Modifications’
Kanye West, who last year praised Adolf Hitler in an interview with Alex Jones, has been named as a cross-defendant in a complaint filed by Gap.
TMZ first reported on Tuesday that Gap had named Ye in connection with a separate lawsuit from a company by the name of Art City Center. That company previously sued Gap.
In their original suit, the company alleged that a building it owns in the Los Angeles area that was leased as part of the rollout of the Ye collaboration was the site of several “unapproved” structural changes in 2021 and 2022.
‘Sail’ Air Jordan 4 Rumored to Drop in 2024
The Air Jordan 4 is considered to be one of the more popular sneakers in Michael Jordan’s signature line, so it should come as no surprise that more renditions of the model are reportedly coming in 2024.
According to Sole Retriever, an all-new “Sail” Air Jordan 4 colorway is landing at retailers in Spring 2024 for $200. Given its far-out release date, images of the purported style have yet to surface, but the leaker account @zSneakerheadz has provided fans with an early depiction.
‘Puerto Rico’ Pack Of Nike Air Max 1s Coming Soon
Nike is continuing its tradition of sneakers that coincide with New York City’s annual Puerto Rican Day parade with this upcoming pack of Air Max 1s.
Details are spare at the moment, but based on the images, the sneakers appear to reference flavors of “helados” (ice cream), with the blue and orange colorways possibly representing “coco” (coconut) and “parcha” (passion fruit), respectively. Both of the leaked colorways feature large jewel Swooshes, multi-material uppers that include both textiles and nubuck, and “Puerto Rico” heel embroidery.
Prada Updates Adidas’ Football Cleats for Next Collab
It’s been quite some time since Prada and Adidas last released a project with the launch of their Forum collabs in 2022, but that’s about to change as the two entities are dropping a trio of collaborative football boots coming soon.
Shown here are the Prada x Adidas Predator Accuracy, the Copa Pure, and the X Crazyfast boots that are hitting retail tomorrow. The trio of cleats have been reimagined through the lens of Prada, with each pair equipped with premium materials on the leather upper combined with Adidas’ high-end football tech. Like past sneaker projects between the two entities, Prada’s signature Linea Rossa branding appears on the shoes, specifically on the tongues, and the heel.
Readers will be able to cop this Prada x Adidas football cleat collection starting tomorrow, May 25, at Adidas.com, Prada.com, the Confirmed app, and at select Prada stores. The cleats retail for $595 each.
