CANADA GOOSE ADDS AN OWL TO ITS ALREADY EXPENSIVE AF JACKET FOR OVO COLLAB
Put a bird on it
Two of Canada’s biggest brands have come together for one very excessive jacket. Drake’s October’s Very Own has partnered with Canada Goose to once again release a special OVO Timber Shell Jacket. The limited edition piece is set to drop in two color ways: the classic OVO black and gold and a crispy snow white.
This marks the third time the two have teamed up. In the spring of 2016, OVO and Canada Goose released a camouflage Timber Shell. Later that year it was a Chilliwack bomber for the fall.
For those looking for a way to spend an unreasonable amount of money, the jacket will be available online and in OVO stores this Friday. Last year’s Timber Shell came with a price tag of $795. A regular Canada Goose Timber Shell, which serves the same technical purposes as the OVO one, can be copped for approximately $500.
Dope clothing has always been about flexing, and this OVO x Canada Goose jacket is truly a flex, but think about the day you wear this outside and your boy asks you how much it cost. You going to feel stupid AF saying you spent more than $500 on a jacket with Drake’s pet owl on it.
I mean you could front and say you copped it because you “really needed a good winter coat,” but let’s be real, you’re probably not in fucking Antartica and a good old North Face will do the same job.
